A. Hi This is an age where kids are very active. so they usually appear lean inspite of good diet . Do not worry. add foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews, dates banana chickoo, peanuts til seeds, coconut egg, avocado, paneer cheese to child's meals for good health & healthy weight gain
