Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. at this age only breastfeeding needs to be given to the child and that alone will help in increasing the weight of the child and also give vitamin d supplements because the child will not get it from the milk as well as the child is not taken in the sunlight
