#askdoctors hi my Jaanvi is 4 yr 1 mnth old...she has a speech delay problem, c is unable to frame sentences,but answers one or two words,Please suggest me what are the practices that can be done to improve her speech more fluently

A. you can break the words or sentence and let the baby repeat after you.. as the baby does more and more speech gets clear and fluent.. keep baby encouraging on speaking.. keep questioning about everything and every time.. let baby mingle with same age groups..

Q. #Motherhood#AskTheExpert My son is 3 yrs and 4 months now still he unable to frame sentences. He would say normal words and some nursery rhymes sentences. but the main concern is he has not started communicating with us in sentences and he will push us to his basic needs. Otherwise he is a very normal fun loving, jovial and naughty as the kids of his age, nor does he have any kind of behavioral issues. only problem is his speech delay in comparison of other kids of his age. I heard from many like some kids have delay in speech which will get corrected by due course of time. so is it something that we need to be concerned about ?
