#askdoctors Hello sir/mam my daughter is about to turn 1 but she don't drink milk whole day so what substitute I can add so that she starts drinking milk.?

as kids grow they gain their self identity and have their own likes and dislikes.
so it is common problem.
just keep your trying best by offering it with different flavors like kesar milk, fig milkshake, dates milk, milk with honey etc.
buy a special cup or glass for this which will help to encourage your child to drink milk from it.
set good example by drinking milk with your child.
but please don't force your child.
eventually he or she will learn to drink it.
