#askdoctors good evening sir my kid is 4 years 6 months but her weight is 20kgs I think she's gaining weight what is the solution please tell me what is the reason

Yes In general terms I am going to see your child is approximately 4 KG overweight as of now but that’s okay try to cut down on any kind of far is that you are giving to the Child if any because fats are the biggest reason for a child to gain weight so cut out on fat is completely fried and junk as well
