#askdoctors can covid affected babies can be breast feeded? if so wil the mom be affected with covid from the child?

U Should feed your child even if your child is Covid positive and even if the mother is Covid positive she can feed the child just take proper precautions whenever you’re feeding the child as covering the face with mask and everything so that you do not miss on anything and maintain proper sanitisation
