Hi After the age of 12 months we always recommend that you should start with regular food at home as in whatever you are eating try to feed the same kind of food try to feed the same kind of vegetables in the form that you are eating because you can initiate giving all healthy stuff to the child from the very beginning and the food habits of proper over the period
