#Ask the expert Which is more beneficial for the babies (above 1yr)? Cow milk or buffalo milk?

Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi, Bot cow milk and buffalo milk are good. You can choose any one. Cow milk is lighter to digest for the baby. If you start with buffalo milk, Intially give tonned one then slowly move to full cream. Avoid giving cow milk in cold or at late night as it has cooling effect on the body.
