A. Hi mom To stop breastfeeding, u need to start with the cow milk or buffaflo milk instead of breast milk. Reduce one feed initially and replace it with outside milk. Then two feeds and gradually all the feed. If baby is stubborn in leaving the breast milk then u can apply neem juice or garlic juice on the nipples. The bitter taste of this will discourage ur baby to suck milk.
