#ask the expert does i store experss breast milk for 3 times in a day in a same bag? please suggest how to store?

A. You should not use the same package you should change the package that you are storing it into if it is a container then you can wash and use the same container but not the packet and you can store it into refrigerator for about 8 to 10 hours I am and deep freezer for a longer duration for further understanding you can check on Google to have exact amount of time that you can store it for
