Latch the baby well to your breast, make a good skin to skin contact while breastfeeding to stimulate more breastmilk supply. Include methi in your daily diet. If required take the help of a lactation expert for further assistance. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
