#ASK THE ECPERT# I have got a simple anechoic cyst in my right ovaryof 3.2x3.4x2.5. left ovary shows dominant follicle and fibroid in uterus of 1.1x1.0 what does it mean. is there a need for surgery. kindly reply at the earliest.

A. this looks ok. not urgent need. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment
