I will request you one please trust me this Instagram is just nonsense you should not even believe on one reel that you think everybody has its own Gyan to give you that you are actually going to end up disturbing the child and your life itself it’s utter rubbish don’t ever consider it you should apply ice cream and then apply Thermophob which is a medicated ointment to reduce swelling
