#Ask Expert I'm 9 weeks pregnant...most of the time I feel periods like feeling , sometime slight pain in lower abdomen....and always feel full means kuch khane ka Mann nhi karta.

drink lots of water.
eat protein rich diet

Initially For three months these kind of things are possible because a lot of women have different different issues with the pregnancy but after three months will start to subside but as of now if you’re facing any of the issue would you feel is not good and which is making you doubled then you should talk to your gynaecologist about it
