#ask expert after 3 months which type of excercise can be done for full body weight loss and tummy too

A. after three months of delivery you can do mildly exercises like walking if it is surgery you have to wait another 3 months for going for any type of exercise .

A. hi mam,after 6 months of delivery ,you can start to do exercises like abdominal crunches, flutter kicks , pushups , swimming etc but till that prefer to go for walk daily it should around 15 minutes a day. drink plenty of fluids avoid junk food items.
