# Ask d expert my 2 yr old lo cplaint me of stomch ache den i gave him colimex 2.5 ml den he did slight loose stool with bulgum typs fluid ? was it bcz of colimex or anythng else plz reply me fast

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby may be having bacillary dysentery It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby

Yes It seems like your child is suffering with a stomach infection which is why both the things are happening it would be advisable for you to want to get a check with your doctor is the doctor advises you to go for a stool test as well you go ahead with that and accordingly medication can be suggested
