Q.

as my periods is irregular bleeding is less earlier it last for 3 to 4 day bt now bleeding occurs only for 2 days bleeding is not regular

A. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them. avoid taking more of stress

A. hello f the bleeding is happening for 2 days and it is normal then not a problem but if the flow is very less than it would be better to check with your doctor and the doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
