as my daughter is 3yrs9month old her weight is 12.8 kg she is happy and very much active she eats a minimum amount of food also but she still wants to breastfee during sleep time is this will effect her health.

U Have to quit breastfeeding if your child is going to be four years you should not breastfeed your child for this long time and also maybe your child’s weight is too less because your child is not eating properly you are saying that your child is having very less amount of food but that’s important for a for your child to have proper meals three times in a day
