arvi has fever before 2 days and swelling on her face ... we gave her paracetamol and zifi 100mg ... her fever was not as much before but little bit swelling on face what should I do ?

Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Check if it an allergic reaction. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
