area near rectum is red what could be the reason. anything to apply on that

A. Hello good evening !! Due to constipation hard stools or wetness cause reddishness near rectum. You can apply coconut oil twice or thrice a day. Feed more water and fluids for hydration and digestion. Include Fibre foods for increasing bowel movements which Avoid constipation. apple, carrot, Papaya, pear puriees, mashed banana,dal, oats,Ragi.
