Q.
Are we supposed to sterilize the feeding bottle each time we use. Or we can just wash it and fill it with boiled water with nipple placed upside down on the bottle mouth (filling the nipple cap too). Please lmk the right process

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. definitely you require to sterilize the bottle every time you use it because bottles are the commonest source of infection and you should maintain proper hygiene to prevent risk of infection

Dr Swapnil, Does it mean, I need to put the bottle in already boiled water for half an hour irrespective of its material i.e. even steel bottle. My cousin told me the process I mentioned in my question, after that bottle sits in the fridge for next use. Please suggest
