Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that aldso can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep.
also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as thee mattress problem.
rule out constipation which might be causing gastric disturbance and change in sleep pattern
Sowmya MMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 Year agoA. hello actually as they grow the complete routine will change you have to make sure that after waking up in the morning don't make your baby to sleep till afternoon like after lunch you can make your baby sleep and evening around 4:35 you can wait your baby up and take for a ride walk in the baby gear then after coming back like you can give in take of like dinner time I make you baby sleep completely overnight
