Are pre-natal yoga and exercises safe in second trimester??

A. Do you have any high risk factors like a short cervix or Low lying placenta or threatened abortion? If yes then none of these exercises or advisable but still consult your doctor before you startWrite Your Answer Here

A. you can do only if advised by your doctor and do under a certified yoga trainer, take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. If you have a safe and normal pregnancy and your gynaecologist gives a green signal.. I would highly recommend prenatal yoga and exercises (saying this by my experience). Find a good yoga trainer (preferably find someone who is a physiotherapist also), and go for it. Always remember to listen to your body..noone knows you and your body better than yourself.

A. no.. I'm 4 months pregnant.. and my NT scan reports are perfectly normal.
