Author of questionGuardian of 0 children3 years agoA. If you have a safe and normal pregnancy and your gynaecologist gives a green signal.. I would highly recommend prenatal yoga and exercises (saying this by my experience).
Find a good yoga trainer (preferably find someone who is a physiotherapist also), and go for it. Always remember to listen to your body..noone knows you and your body better than yourself.
