Anyone suggest me if my daughter have Autism.
She is responding by her name, making eye contact and wants to play with other childrens as well but she can't understand to use "yes" or "no" sentence even she can't understand basic conversation, using few words only like: roti do, potty aai, jay kro, that's it, whenever we try to teach her some sentences she only repeated our conversation only, when we ask her papa kha hai she use to say " papa kha hai" but she can sing lots of poem, know all numerical and alphabets words. plz anyone suggest me..

it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the child is having any development delay or not.
the child will be assessed for four major milestones that is 
1.gross motor milestone 
2.fine motor milestone 
3.social milestone 
4.language milestone.
