A. Hello Weight loss is a jour ey which requires patience You can exercise & follow a healthy diet for 6 to 8 months Include protein rich foods, vegetables & fruits daily Avoid sugar, sweets, fried, bakery & junk foods. Exercise for 45 minutes daily & stay well hydrated
