Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should eat good and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits..drink lots of liquid like water and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply.
