Am not using daipers my baby but she have small rashes what is the reason

So after peeing and pooping clean wth Wet wipes or cloth dipped in warm water and pat dry before putting on other pant or nappy.
wash baby clothes separately and use Dettol liquid..
Apply coconut oil on rashes and leave don't spread if you found rashes are spreading then consult Paeditrician.
