am lactating mother for 17months baby I have itching in outer part of vagina without any discharge our smell..can I take Azithromycin 500mg is this safe

don't take it without consulting your doctor.
instead of it , you can apply coconut oil at itchy part which help to soothe the itching.
wear Cotton inner wear
keep your self well hydrated.
