am in 15 days postpartum and am unable to take care of my first child and she using too much screen suggest me some screen free activities??

Not sure about what is the age of your child, but if your child is about four years, then you can enrol your child in some kind of good physical sport or activity. You can try engaging your child with Babyhug story books and activities, reach out to your spouse and family value balance taking care of both your babies. Do not worry, you’re not alone.
