am having itchy scalf and hair fall is huge. was it due to iron deficiency . can I take the iron pills or what is the best shampoo or any advice to follow ?

A. hi instead of suggesting any commerically prepared shampoo ,i would suggest to use mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder for washing your hair it is best for Healthy hair growth.
