Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl2 weeks agoA. You can take at seed it’s not a problem but you should also start with an iron supplement a proper one because it actually helps a lot boosting your iron levels over the period so it would be very good for you to take a proper supplements also
