For such a small child I would advise you to give It 5ML today if you can manage to give 5ML in a go to your child and you can give 5ML tomorrow in the night before your child goes to sleep you can give it on the consecutive days because the entire bottle is going to be around 10 ML and that you cannot give immediately to a small child for 5ML today and 5ML tomorrow before sleeping
