So now what you should do is when you take your child out make your child sit in your lap and show it to your child see this is rude see the other car is coming you know like you should show different different things on the road animals on the road so try to distract your child while travelling and that is going to be helpful some kids are not very friendly with going out but you just have to break this habit by constant efforts
