Q.

Agasthya is 5 years old and he is unable to eat food which is very negligible spicy also. Could you please advice what to do?

A. Hello mom kindly sit and talk to him and observe his mouth in case of any senstivity as such that he isnt able to handle, other is that quite a lot of kids are not into a liking for spices, you may use black pepper instead using the red or greeen chilles,
