After vAginal delivery with episiotomy I am getting lot of gas prblm like pain under chest area and backward at midnight or any time not daily but sometimes suddenly unable to bear the pain At that time I am taking rantac 150 or Panto domperidone combo it will take time to get relief but till that full pain unable to feed my baby with pain any suggestions how to control the problem.?will my 3 months baby get the same pain or gas prblm if I get.???

To control gases  n acidity correct your diet first, eat easy to digest food, it should be well cokked, avoid taking gases producing food substance, drink only ajwain, saunf, jeeta water.
