A. Post vaccination swelling may be a common thing specially after DPT vaccine which may be painful for two or three days and the swelling may remain even up to month so if it is not causing any pain or gfother symptoms nothing to worry. Swelling can be reduced by giving ice fomentation locally and paracetamol can be given for fever or pain. Thrombophobe ointmefnt can be applied in acute pain and swelling .

A. The fever can be there for 2 to 3 days it’s not a problem so you can continue with the medicine and you can repeat the dosage again after six hours if the fever is there and the temperature rises more than you can also do cold sponging
