after seven months of the delivery I had menstruation period but yet it stop again as I does pregnancy test it was negative then what I the reason

Reason is only that as you are breast feeding , your periods will be irregular..
Don't worry
But if you have any doubt please use home test kit for pregnancy after about seven to wight days after LMP
