please do the following things:
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
apply sarso or coconut oil.
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair, and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water.
it will definitely help.
