after my delivery my brast size got un even...my left size brst produced more milk...brast me pain or lump feel nehi hota ..meh dono size se feed karwati hu...aisa kyun hota Hain...plz dctors guide me

its common so dont worry
if you have pain or any lump then seek doctors advise
dont let it get unattended
massage the breast area gently

This is normal after delivery to have uneven breast size. No need to worry about this. It will be fine once u stop breastfeeding. The size will be same of both the breast. Take care
