Q.

after my delivery I am having pelvic pain, when I am on bed it is very painful to turn sides , can you help me out ?

A. do hot fomentation at pain dite, and as u have paining more than, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management. take care...
