after feeding with my breast milk he sleep peacefully but sometimes milk out on his nose is it normal?

A. Yes it is normal as despite of feeding your best kids do not digest the milk very well as they have an issue of stomach reflux and the digestion is very poor it is still building up which is despite of taking feeding two hours prior or burping they can throw up a lot of milk
