Q.

After feeding my 1 month old baby breastmilk she starts crying and then I have to feed her formula milk and she stops crying? I think I have low breastmilk .. plzz help me out ?

A. Yeto seeming like that your breast feeding is not sufficient for the child which is why I would recommend you that you should take some lactation supplement like probably Shatavari powder good amount of liquid is protein vegetarian and non-vegetarian and fibre rich diet
