ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. any XXL. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Sonam PatelMom of a 5 yr old child3 years agoA. In the beginning, hospital provided with maternity pads from the local pharmacy. But during discharge doc said you can use regular ones. so, I started using Paree super ultra xxl pads as these pads are long, wide and comes with good absorbency. They have soft sheets and soft wings and is rash free.
