include homecooked foods with variety of whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and water to keep you hydrated.
avoid carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar and fats, refined flour, processed and junk foods.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours and regularize your meal timings.
you can also start with walk, yoga or exercises.

please do the following things:
start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
maintain good hygiene
