after delivery it's been 6; month's but I have knee pain, if I sit down while getting up knee pain while be higher

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. try to do walk in. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
