Periods starts after 3-8 months it depends on Harmones, Haemoglobin level,mode of delivery,body type.
If it's been 3-5 months post delivery then don't worry but be conscious there are। High chances of getting pregnancy post delivery if you were in relation so consult Gynaecologist and discuss about contraceptive methods.
