after delivery I put on my weight is too much how can manage

A. It is natural we have lots of weight after pregnancy Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day please do some exercise and yoga for one hour daily
