after delivery gas problem

A. cut on ghee n oil in food. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. good afternoon everyday when you wake up in the morning I have one glass of ajwain ka Pani on an empty stomach I would recommend that you should try to have bottle gourd to reduce gas you can have suji preparations
