After c sec delivery today I have period. what can I eat

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello there is no restriction on your diet after you have had your periods post pregnancy u can have a regular food what you were eating which should not be a problem and make sure you have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food 9n the diet so it does not effect bm
