after breastfeeding my breast is very saggy and very loose how to tighten the breast.

A. hello wear a comfortable bra and would help prevent sagging breast and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and some excercise can also help and he will be anle to guide u better on examination of the same and advise u accordingly
